Farewell to the 3 guys: Noel, Ariff & Azri
I'll see you guys soon!
my locker since Day 1 (:
I wouldn't say i dislike my job. I actually kind love what I do. The rush, the rewarding & satisfying feeling getting things completed. now that I'm no longer doing analysis. Things are somewhat different. Registering samples, packing material order, liaising with clients, diagnosing results and finding ways to make things goes smoothly(not big moves, but im glad it work out).
Very much into another side of OCM, apart from testing.
from supplying like a supermarket to providing quality to clients.
Sometimes it gets bumpy along the way, when admins goes on leave, when typo gets into th way(I still have typos, omg i know). but this time round when my admin went fro a 3-days leave, i dont feel the overload overwhelming me. much calmer with priortising the work now. speed is much faster, work are much settled within time.
Boss has just requested for me to go for Intertek's Customers appreciation dinner.
Im pretty much a lil freaked out. Peg says client from the new contract will be there and since i'll be releasing future results to them, therefore I hafta attend.
1) formal/semi-formal, i dont have a decent formal/semi formal top!
2) I dont know whats expected of me! what will they be asking. what will we be talking about.
oh lord!
"Keep calm & carry on"
the quote i've been chanting at work and instilling into the babies.
(HAHA!)
Next big change: OCM shifting out to clementi lab.
A place we call home, thats what weve been saying.
no more blaming on OCM by other depts.
Im gonna have my own table.
The place is huge for a one department.
Boss showed us the pcitures.
& he requested for vending machines so that we can still have our morning dose of coffee.
& indeed, the building management has got us 2 vending machine :D
"why vending machine, got fridge what!"
Its the thrill of fumbling through pockets and wallets and pouches for that sacred $1 coin,
Waling to the machine and getting that coffee.
& if youre damm suay, Out of Stock.
Which we'll be cursing and swearing.
Sometimes, fighting over the last can with the person who was in line 1st.
They're my other family.
I see them everyday, sometimes more than 12 hours a day.
aside from work, we look after each other like siblings.
talk like siao char bor, & laughed like madness.
sometimes, one eye-to-eye contact and we'll know whats going on.
*smirking mad*
& im very happy with my canto.
the only thing i dont like will only be my pay..
sighh.
i dont need the status, i can make do with just the increment.
really ):
